Mix one tablespoon (approximately 5g) Psyllium husk in 250ml water or juice 1-3 times daily, at least 30 minutes before meals.

I bought this months ago and have only just gotten round to using it. And wow! It has me speechless. I love it so much! I feel great after using it and it is so easy to use compared to other supplement I have used before. So happy!

Wow! I have been using this for at least three months now and beforehand I was not getting any fibre in my diet in the slightest - I'm sure you know what started to happen after that!
